I'm grateful that I don't hold all my weight in one spot, so it doesn't look like I've gained almost 50 pounds, it's still annoying when pants you bought a couple months ago don't fit..
. boo! I work out a lot with friends from work during lunch, I think the weight lifting and lack of carido just worked against me. So I've started doing the cycling class a couple days a week to balance out the weight lifting, but it doesn't seem to be working to the extent I would like.
Well with all that said, I have decided to join
Weight Watchers with a co-worker and my mom in hopes to lose at least 20 pounds. My goal is 30 pounds, but realistically I need to think in baby steps and celebrate the small successes :)Taking this new step in my life, I'll be posting good recipes and some stories about meetings and whatnot about my new journey :)
