I can officially say I was a Black Friday shopping warrior! Not nearly as crazy as those people who camped out in front of Best Buy for hours and hours, but I did start at midnight and crawl into bed around 6am and then shop some more that afternoon. I'm weirdly proud of myself.
Where the Seybert women went and when:
12-Midnight: Pismo Outlets
1:45 am: McDonalds for a pick me up
2:45 am: Kohl's (store opened at 3am and we were there!)
4:14 am: Old Navy
5 am: Bed Bath and Beyond
6-10 am: Sleeping at home
2-5 pm: Downtown SLO
Since we didn't get left overs (my mom's favorite) since we ate Thanksgiving at my uncle's, my dad cooked while we were gone and we came home to Thanksgiving number two! Delish!
Saturday was Small Business Saturday and so my mom and I went to a few places today, but not nearly as successful as Friday. Not even close.
All in all the Seybert women contributed to the economy and had a blast doing it. I'm still tired and haven't caught my body up to the fact it's still only Saturday and we didn't skip a day even though I shopped all night long. Weird feeling.
