| My farewell photo with Marcus Buckingham |
Some have asked what exactly it is I'll be doing... well, while I don't know **exactly** what everyday will bring, I do know that the main part of my income will come from being a contract corporate trainer for Fred Pryor/Career Track.
What is a contract corporate trainer you ask? Great question! I am charged with leading 6-hour seminars in various cities across the US and Canada on topics ranging from Social Media, online marketing, event planning and communication skills - for now. My goal is to get my teaching topic list as expansive and robust as possible. I love to learn and love to teach even more. I think I've really found my niche (finally).
This new adventure also makes me a small business owner! Let's put these MBA skills to the test! My dad established The Jim Seybert Company back in 2001 and as of June 2012 I am officially a partner!
The other part of my days will be filled with helping people understand and implement social media strategies, online marketing basics as well as brand/reputation management. This is the part I'm especially excited for!
I am feeling a bit bittersweet as I am soon to walk out the doors of The Marcus Buckingham Company for the final time as a full-time employee, but I know I have made the right decision and can't wait for the lessons I'm going to be learning in the future.
Stay tuned to this blog for posts throughout my adventures as a contract corporate trainer and tips/tricks I find along the way. I have a few ideas for what will be consistent contributions to my blog and I'm excited (seems to be a theme of my life right now)!
Until next time

Good luck on your next adventure, Noelle!! I have taken several Fred Pryor Classes (including their Social Media one) - and they are always great! Maybe I will see you in the future- be sure to let me know if you are ever going to teach any in my neck of the woods!
